Every year for the holidays I make several batches of different fondants, I don't know why I never thought of using a mold! This makes things a lot easier, especially if you're using gift bag fudge. Pouring candy into a mold takes some practice, I took a recommendation from another review and used a cake server to spread the melted fondant into the molds. Place them on a baking sheet before pouring. I didn't use cooking spray or anything and I had no problem with fondant sticking. Holds up well on the top shelf of the dishwasher!
