I use it when making caramel, just a lifesaver! I no longer have to cut the caramel into chunks, I can just squeeze it out of this dainty thing! I thought it would be difficult to clean, but it's surprisingly easy. In a way, I'm glad I didn't buy this sooner because it just makes me appreciate it more.

Amazing molds, no fillers, easy to use and clean and great for my keto caramels. Had to deduct 1 star as one of the squares arrived with a small hole. But there are 40 holes in each shape, and I have a whole set of them, so I can't get too excited. Small manufacturing defect. Still a great product that I can 100% recommend.

Otherwise, this is exactly what I need for all those fun keto diets, fat bombs my family eats! Each treat pops easily out of the rubber-coated cubes of this tray's perfectly sized cubes. Surprisingly easy to hand wash.

Received these handy fondant molds as a Christmas present. It takes a little getting used to getting the melted chocolate into the slots, but once I got the hang of it everything went smoothly. They make perfect little squares so each piece is the same without having to cut them by hand. Saved me a lot of time and made a very nice presentation in the ultimate gift boxes. Overall I am happy with this purchase!

Attached photos show this mold and another silicone mold. The same batch of gum only used the smaller square shapes as the overflow. As you can see everything stuck horribly compared to the other framed silicone mold. Poor quality silicone product. This is the second batch of sticks I have. The first was chocolate. Do not buy this set, most likely not a high quality silicone. I also don't recommend baking with it.

Every year for the holidays I make several batches of different fondants, I don't know why I never thought of using a mold! This makes things a lot easier, especially if you're using gift bag fudge. Pouring candy into a mold takes some practice, I took a recommendation from another review and used a cake server to spread the melted fondant into the molds. Place them on a baking sheet before pouring. I didn't use cooking spray or anything and I had no problem with fondant sticking. Holds up well

I bought these molds without hesitation but with hope. This worked exactly as I had hoped. There is a learning curve from the first use. My fondant thickened quickly, so it turned out to be best to gently pour the fondant onto the mold, spreading it out with a large metal spatula and filling each square to the top, but no more. Pour VERY hot water over a metal spatula to flatten each square and scrape the fondant from the dividers into each square to create a perfect square. Rinse and…
