I guessed it was a minor detail when my 2004 Sequoia gently accelerated. I read an article that starting the engine with the throttle open can damage the mass air flow sensor, resulting in slight play in the intake manifold. This happened to me a few years ago. The dealer estimated about $325 to fix and replace this part. I figured for around $100 I'd rather guess. Installation took about 5 minutes. Finding the right tools takes longer than installing the part. Took the SUV for a walk and it works like new again. Stronger and mileage slightly better. It just drives well. I am completely satisfied with this product and can only recommend it.
