I ordered a pack of 10 bulbs and started using them. I noticed that some of them had flickering issues. I contacted the manufacturer through their website three weeks ago and still have not received a response. Good customer service is obviously not part of their business. On January 22, the company contacted me. They apologized for the late email response and sent me a replacement pack of 10 which arrived on January 24th. Also, they refunded my money. I am very grateful to them for their efforts to solve my problem. Not all companies would choose to do this, so thank them. I've also raised my rating from one star to five stars.
