Easy to remove glass
Less than a month later the right hand glass was removed for no apparent reason and was lost. Needless to say, they're expensive and don't sit well on the ear, so they're very easy to fall off if you're not careful. A good ban is to hire someone from the company to fix the problem. I have sent a number of communications to customer service and the warranty department. Haven't received an answer yet.
