Foster Grant Rectangular Gavin Fold Flat Reading Glasses Review

Just a month after ordering my Foster Grant foldable flat glasses had a problem. The nose piece came off quickly and now the hinge spring has failed leaving the right arm pointing straight up making them unwearable. Since my 30-day window is too short, I have no way out.

Less than a month later the right hand glass was removed for no apparent reason and was lost. Needless to say, they're expensive and don't sit well on the ear, so they're very easy to fall off if you're not careful. A good ban is to hire someone from the company to fix the problem. I have sent a number of communications to customer service and the warranty department. Haven't received an answer yet.

I like their slim profile after folding them into a slim hard case. They fit very comfortably in a shirt pocket. They are easy to carry in your pocket, purse or pocket. For extended reading, I still like big and stable glasses. But they are practical and simple enough to always have with you. My only complaint is that due to their small size, they are VERY easily lost, forgotten in the pockets of washed clothes, etc. However, I continue to buy them.
