Automate has helped streamline internal processes

I like that it allows me to have all of my service requests in one place, so i don't need to send multiple emails or calls. It's easy for customers to fill out and submit their request without having to call a customer support agent! That being said, sometimes when there are too many items listed within an account we receive duplicate responses from our clients. This makes it difficult to keep track of everything they want us to do for them. We use automize to aggregate our client information into one central location.
