works perfectly! Suitable for humidifier parts and accessories

I bought this item 1 year ago. I'm a school bus driver and since I'm a good 30 meters from the kids in the back of the bus I can't tell what the temperature is at all. Full-on heaters are hot and noisy, and I want my kids to ride comfortably. So the less I have to turn the heaters on full blast, the better. I mount the head unit to the front of my bus in the driver's area (time is a HUGE bonus for me) and the transceiver is in the back of the bus. It really helped me regulate the temperature and I know when to turn the heaters off. Knowing the temperature on our new sundeck was very useful so I knew when to close the sliding door or open the windows. Checking this information has been very helpful and I can save a lot of money on heating by using the heat we store on the porch. I will be adding a second transceiver to a stable near my house so I can also keep an eye on comfort. Great strong product here. I installed a set of batteries last September and haven't changed them yet. They've been out in New Hampshire weather all year - so from single digits to hundreds. They hold up well and I've had 0 issues. I can only recommend these temperature sensors.

Pros
  • The default sensor channel is FIRST. When pairing with the receiver, be sure to slide the button on the back to set RF channel 1, 2 or 3.
Cons
  • Not sure
