We installed it according to the instructions but when we attached the TV+ plate to the wall bracket we heard a loud bang and the TV hung wildly crooked. Took it off and put our old thin mount back on. We might try again to make sure we didn't do anything wrong, but we both read the instructions very carefully and have installed many TVs in the past with no problems.
