I bought a pair of POWERTEC 70108 4" jet silencers for my dust collector and found that the OD was still too small for the 4". -inner diameter was. This coupling served as a jumper to connect the shock absorbers to my 4" pipe. I wrapped a strip of silicone around the smaller side of the coupler to make sure it was tight and leak free.
