I took this on vacation to a tropical vacation and it was the smartest move. It's like headphones so nobody looks at you funny and the airflow is great. They have power outages here all the time, but I don't miss a beat. I turn on my fan and keep it fresh. I've also used it when applying makeup so I don't start sweating before it sets. I carry this thing all over the island and people ask where I got it as soon as they find out it's a fan. Also, the light makes me feel a little safer when I'm still outside at night.
