I was hesitant to buy a refurbished Samsung tablet, but finding a tablet these days seems pretty difficult - most of the options on the Revain were the usual Chinese non-brands. This one came on my third search, the day I was finally ready to buy and I'm so glad it happened and even happier I took the chance to purchase this item. It arrived just 2 postal days after ordering. . (Ordered on Friday and received on Monday.) The tablet came packaged in a Samsung Tab A7 box and included a 64GB microSD card, a USB-C charger, and a dongle to open the microSD slot. Visually in perfect condition. There are no smudges or scratches on the case or screen. The tablet looks like new. It turned on immediately and I was able to set it up quickly. I had no trouble connecting to my home WiFi. I tested the speakers without this with Dolby Atmos enabled (in settings) and the sound was great. The image quality is clear and colorful. And speed compared to the 7 year old Insignia I'm replacing. Wow! I downloaded images from my cloud and then moved them to the SD card so quickly I didn't even realize it was starting until I heard the ping complete notification. Overall I'm very happy with it and looking forward to reading it, playing it and taking it with me on vacation.
