So I bought it hoping it would help me keep track of my calories and activity throughout the day. This allows you to set your calorie and step goal. Installation was a little tricky at first, but minimal. It's so easy to work with and I love that it can be controlled via the app so I can keep up with my progress. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a useful tool to track your day-to-day activities.
