looks good but the setup is a bit wonky.
Had to invent spontaneously during installation. You will need to cut off the top of one of the inner shims to slide the derailleur down and then use another shim on top to hold it in place. Note that it's generic and you may need to play around with it to get it right, but everything was included in the package to make it work, so that's good. To me, this is more suited to an automatic than a manual.
