Fairly easy to install, much harder to remove Stock rubber feet. Use a couple of screwdrivers to pry them up and they will pop out. I was a little reluctant to screw the screws into the bottom of the expensive cooler, but the screws were just the right size so they wouldn't protrude into the cooler (that would be bad). Don't overdo it by tightening them or they will break. I almost used a two part epoxy to glue them on but so far they are holding up pretty well. Definitely makes it easier to slide a heavily loaded radiator in and out of the back of my truck.
