This turned out to be a fingerprint homescreen button and did not work after installation. Maybe it's because of my installation error. The screen itself works flawlessly and looks premium. The installation instructions were useless and I relied more on 3rd party YouTube instructions. They only had email contact, no website for information or instructions. My biggest complaint was that the glue that came with it was in a tube and they didn't have any instructions on how to apply it. Other kits have a black heater band similar to OEM. I made a guess and only applied a small amount of the included clear adhesive to the same spots as the OEM heating tape during initial installation. Right now I have a working screen but the home button isn't working.
