I use these as carrying bags for 2 short course trucks and 2 scalers. I was able to actually keep the boxes and placed them inside these to keep their rectangular shape. When going to the tracks or for trail runs I've loaded up these with the RC's, tools, batteries and spare parts. Definitely gets heavy. These have shown no signs of wear or tearing, although I am careful with them. The material is a thin tarp like material and looks like it wouldn't be difficult to put a tear in one. Once it tears, it'll probably completely split open. If you are going to use these for clothes, they have 2 shoulder straps that are a decent length and seem sturdy enough.
