Excellent kitchen and dining tool
We use them to cut fresh herbs from the garden. I place the leaves in a bowl, hold it upright, and start trimming the herbs with the tips of my scissors. Works great. A great way to combine multiple herbs into a blend, and shredded herbs are super easy to sprinkle over food. The included tool for scraping the herbs between the blades of the scissors is very important, so don't waste it.
