I've been eating an Atkins bar every day for almost 3 years. I lost 93 pounds on the Atkins diet and it's a staple in my diet. They're expensive, but I save about a dollar a box by ordering multiple boxes. I do not recommend them as meal replacements and it is important for dieters to remain disciplined and not eat more than 1 or 2 per day or weight loss will be compromised. I should also mention that this product is inconsistent at times. Sometimes they're soft and chewy, and sometimes they're harder to bite and don't have the texture you want. All in all, I think society is making a sensible decision to give up sugar and these sugar substitutes are the future.
