I ordered this flashlight to replace a previous version that I had a problem with the mounting system. The company is sending a replacement for this mount, but in the meantime I needed a light fixture. While I am very impressed with this new light, they have improved on the previous mounting system. Brighter than the previous model and perfect for my commute. The lamp lasts without problems. It is very user-friendly and has only one button with multiple modes and shortcuts for the brightest mode. The included rear light is bright and has multiple modes. Good visibility. I use these lamps on my daily commute to and from work. Most of my commute is on dimly lit sidewalks and I'm confident in the brightness of this headlamp.
