Review on ๐ŸŽง Premium BASN Bmaster Triple Drivers In-Ear Monitor Headphone - Ultimate Audio Quality for Audio Engineers & Musicians (Blue) by Brian Cheney

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Excellent IEM. good value

Introduction: This is my third pair of headphones that I have personally purchased including: BASN BSinger Pro, Drop/Nuforce EDC. I'm a cheap sucker, and while I acknowledge the significant improvements of more expensive IEMs (I've reviewed the Noble Katana, among others), I also acknowledge that for me personally, this reduces returns. Pros: 1) Sound - The best sounding IEM in my lower priced line. The third driver really makes it a balanced IEM with good mids and a nice bass delivery. With my other two headphones, I can get tired of stringy highs and punchy/empty lows. I mainly use my IEMs with the MEE Audio MMCX Bluetooth adapter and due to the higher impedance of these IEMs the differences between wireless and wired connections are minimal (which is awesome). The kit contains many accessories, including 2 cables. (1 microphone and braid), wire clamp and 3 types of tips including 2 plastic and 1 foam. Also includes a cleaning brush and 3.5mm to 1/4 inch adapter. This makes it a lot easier to find additional accessories if you decide to upgrade. 4) Customer Service - AMAZING customer service. I emailed their support team about an issue with one of my cables that disabled Siri on my phone and they immediately resolved my issue by sending a replacement. Cons: 1) Price - I don't think the drivers are too expensive, but cost is a big factor in this IEM segment. The Bmaster is better than the Bsinger Pro in every way, but if you are more budget conscious I would recommend the Bsinger Pro. 2) accessories. Despite the fact that BASN headphones come with various accessories, their quality is average. The case is a bit awkward to open (the logo is printed on the wrong side) and the durability of the tips is suspect. I replaced mine with non-original Comply-Style tips. 3) Fit/Comfort. I had similar issues with the Bsinger Pros, but personally I just didn't find the rubber tips comfortable for me. Since replacing the foam pads I can now wear them all day. I admit my opinion is biased because I prefer the smaller form factor of my Nuforce EDCs. Conclusions: BASN Bmaster is a welcome addition to the BASN line. This is a well balanced and comfortable IEM (with my foam upgrades) with lots of accessories and great customer service. However, the high cost puts it in stiffer competition compared to other darlings in the audiophile world. I would recommend the BASN Bsinger Pro for the money but overall the Bmaster is a good choice.

Pros
