Review on Enhanced WRT150N Linksys Wireless N Home Router featuring 4-Port Switch with Mimo Technology by Christopher Shavers

I was very nervous when I bought this wireless router and set it up myself because of all the horror stories about routers in general and how difficult they are to set up. It was easy to set up! I had a problem with my wireless connection, but it was because my internet service provider (ISP) misconfigured my modem. After 3 unsuccessful calls to my ISP to get my internet up and running, I thought maybe Linksys could help me. I have to say the customer service was amazing! They answered my call immediately and very professionally helped me to figure out step by step what the problem was. They basically diagnosed and fixed the problem and it had nothing to do with their product! It turns out that my ISP connected both a network cable and a USB cable to my computer and the software for my ethernet didn't install properly. You simply won't find customer service representatives diagnosing problems and trying to fix problems that are no longer specific to their product. Since launch I have had flawless wireless connectivity and have returned to my XBox Live and PSP. The signal spreads throughout the house, which is very impressive considering the size of the house! This product is highly recommended!
