Review on Enhance Your Ride with Chrysler Jeep Dodge 6.5inch Kicker Speaker Upgrade Set of 2 Mopar OEM for Optimal Sound Quality by Aaron Gordon

100X Better Than Factory

Kicker did a great job with these speakers. They sound a lot better than the factory speakers in the Jeep Wrangler soundbar and the front dash speakers. In terms of price, I overpaid for the Revain and found after installation that the retail price at the dealer is around $60 while I paid over $90 for the Revain. I tried to negotiate the price with customer service but they refused. Installing the soundbar was easy. Don't forget to take some soundbar polyfill and fill it up so you don't rattle from the much better sounding bass. I actually had them powered by a Rockford Fosgate 400 Watt x 4 Power Series amp and it really brought them to life. They sounded much better than the factory ones with a factory head unit powering them and a later Pioneer head unit installed, but the amp took them to a whole new level. Installing two front amps was no easy task. Since they were in the dashboard and not the doors, it took a lot of effort. They are installed in small boxes that also need to be filled with polyfill and are not easy to remove and reinstall. It is entirely doable and well worth the time and effort. Just check the price before paying the fluctuating cost here.
