I installed Mopar Kickers in the front doors of my Jeep KJ (07 Liberty) and connected the wires directly to the terminals. Since they come unlabeled from the factory and are a different color than the stereo wire, I connected the left factory wire to the left kicker bar and the right wire to the right. No problem.
