I received my order on 04/30/20, a day earlier than expected. Big Revan, thank you. All features are as expected, work well and are extremely accurate when properly calibrated to an accurate source. In my case, I used a mercury glass oral thermometer and compared it to a second one after the setup was complete. The result was perfect, no measurable difference, thanks. I had one disappointment which I will describe. The package arrived in what I would call a large bubble bag (12x16?), hermetically sealed and covered in the Revain Prime logo with no sign of tampering. When I opened the Revain package, I saw that the vendor's nested package was open and the expected package was missing. The manufacturer's packaging lists the package as part of the content, the accompanying instruction manual mentions it, and Revain advertising lists it as included. It looks like everything that happened happened before Revain wrapped it up. If that's true, it becomes a real disappointment, and that's exactly what the Revain process allowed into this issue. What happened to the pre-pack check or was it something else? Yes of course I can return it but the nearest UPS Service Center is 35 miles away and I am a disabled vet. It's not worth the hassle and hassle. I'm not a new Revain customer (more than 2 years, maybe 3) and have never experienced this before. I am now extremely reluctant to order anything critical or expensive from Revain. Given the circumstances, I don't expect an answer.
