You follow a different size and it's very difficult to get the right one (the third time is nice and yes we bought 2 before we got the right one had size.) . We kept the others because our little one is growing fast and they will fit over time. Some people have complained that it's not too hard and that you have to be a little careful storing it to avoid breaking its shape, but that's what we like about it: Because it's soft, it doesn't hurt their legs. . When the form is a little messed up, we put some paper in it and it stays back the way it was for a while. I agree with other reviews that their white isn't a very bright white (and that can be an issue for a special occasion, like a flower girl at a wedding), but it works well for our everyday use. She loves it.
