Review on Enhance Detection Accuracy with Klein Tools ET140 Non Destructive Detection by James Jack

Water has gotten under our wooden floors from the outside, causing some of the floors to warp. I needed a device to determine the extent of the water problem. I initially used a pin gauge but its usefulness was limited in my situation as the only way to measure moisture was by sticking pins between the floorboards. After reading the reviews I ordered a Klein ET140 which easily found the extent of the problem. I didn't need the exact moisture content but the difference between dry and wet boards. Zero stars for the included unnamed battery, which turned the meter off after a minute. Brand battery installed; remained without problems. Klein just shouldn't include a cheap battery as I figured the unit was defective before I put in a good battery.
