Cheap imitations of original parts. The fuel line outlet is smaller than the original, and the retaining nut cannot be fully tightened without breaking. I bought two of these to have one as a spare as the cut off handle broke when I bought the alternator with only a 2.5 on it. Glad I bought two as the first one fell apart when I was bolting it to the tank. I was able to install the second one with a lot more care and less pressure to install it. In the future I will try to find a better cutoff for this or come up with something to make it work at this point. Save your money, it's not worth it!
