Good Customer Server

T5 bit removed after first use. The chassis has 12 screws, couldn't put the cover back on. One of the most annoying things that has ever happened to me at work. In addition, the set has many useful options. The peeping tools I found were the most helpful. The driver they provide has excellent magnetic strength. Holds bits well, also has a built in extension. Too bad about this T5. EDIT: Contacted seller. A partial refund and a new set were provided. Great customer service. Thank you for doing it right!
