An absolute must for anyone with children. This sound machine with night light saves lives! Our 3 year old son often woke up at 5am and got up every 30 minutes thereafter. To change his sleep pattern, we started the bonoch sleep coach program. It worked in just a few days! We chose his favorite color purple as a sleep light with a white sleep noise and set the wake-up color to blue with a cute bird noise. And he really slept well all night! I wake up to a beautiful blue light and the lovely birds sing their sweet song. I really like the app, it's intuitive and easy to use! If our son falls asleep and wakes up in the middle of the night, I can easily turn on the white noise mode from the app without having to enter the room. Almost everything can be done with the app. Super comfortable. I am very happy with this purchase and I think the light really makes our lives easier.
