Review on 🔊 BOSS Audio Systems R94 - 500W 6x9 Inch Full Range 4 Way Car Speakers (Sold in Pairs) by David Flores

First off, these speakers were bought off the shelf for less than $13. They are loud and sound good. If I come across another cheap stock deal I will buy them again. As you can see from the photos the tweeter top plate has come loose and to my surprise one of the small tweeters is not even connected. It's for show only. I point to the tiny tweeter and it's clear it's not wired at all. Maybe that's why they're called Riot because they laughed to the bone. The designer thought it would be fun to fool consumers with the idea of four-way speakers. There are actually 3 possibilities. Again, they sound good for what they are, but don't expect high quality. These are entry level speakers, better than the junk paper OEM wizzer. I decided to take the top panel off and remove the third tiny tweeter that wasn't even connected to work. I also removed the unsuitable 3.3 capacitor from the large tweeter and added 4.7 just like the other speaker. It's currently a modded 2-band Riot haha and sounds a lot better now. If you are interested in 4-way speakers I suggest the DS18 Select 6x9 has a 5-way speaker that you can buy from Amazon for a bit more money than this boss riot and sound. well that's better.
