The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

I had WH1000XM3 and this model disappointed me. After some time, a growing hum appeared in the right ear. And since I often sit in silence, this rumble began to terribly infuriate. In general, I had to say goodbye to the headphones.

I took them as an alternative to AirPods Pro for home use, as the stated battery life is 30 hours. AirPods barely draw 5, and I'm tired of recharging them 3 times a day. Walking in sleepy shoes along the street, or sitting in a cafe - for me this is not the right use case, airpods are just perfect here. But sitting at home or on an airplane, cutting off excess noise - that's it.

I thought about taking the second set of AirPods Pro, but then the ated WH1000XM4 appeared. I thought for a long time, weighed the risks, read negative reviews about the buzzing right earpiece in the first batches . As a result, I decided and bought it, though I took it in the official store, so that if it’s a marriage, then immediately return them back, and not run around the warranty cellars.

And now I have been wearing them for more than a month, taking them off only for charging. What can I say - the headphones did not disappoint, but even exceeded all expectations. When I put them on charge, I take AirPods Pro, and it turns out to be a pain! The sound becomes flat and inexpressive, you start to pray, the XMs would charge faster. But I will not say that they have outstanding sound quality. You can simply customize it for yourself and create the illusion of the best headphones in the world. Love the bass - the headphones will shake on your head. If you don't like it, you can remove the bass altogether. And everything like that.

The most comfortable noise reduction in terms of use. If you need to talk to someone, you just talk. People don’t even realize that the headphones switched to Speak-To-Chat and you hear them perfectly, many people just think that you are not the most respectful listener, they don’t hear anything and start yelling)

Excessive noise cuts off perfectly. Everything that happens under the windows does not bother me anymore.

Pros

- Speak To Chat - for me it turned out to be the top feature of these headphones. AirPods pro need to be put in transparent mode, on older XM3s, keep your palm on your right ear. And then you just start talking, and the headphones seem to disappear from your head. There is also an unobvious plus, when you SNEE the headphones go into Speak To Chat mode, and you can hear "BUY!", and not, as is the case with other headphones, not hear anything and seem impolite. - Fast charging. I charge with an iPad 20W USB-C charger, and it takes 70-80 minutes from 0 to 100. - I won’t talk about banal things about good noise reduction and a bunch of settings - everyone already knows this. - Ability to connect two devices. Against the background of AirPods Pro, it’s rather weak, but on the other hand, the devices magically work synchronously, but do not interrupt each other. You watch something on a laptop, pause there, take a smartphone, watch something on it. And all this magically switches by itself, imperceptibly. If there is a call, the headphones will concentrate on it as much as possible. - Headset. Again, not AirPods, but the quality is good. Better than expected! The first time I asked the person at the other end of the "wire", how can he hear? Heard only positive reviews. - Nice case included. I wanted to call it a case, but this is exactly a hard case that is not scary to put in a bag.

Cons

- Really work 18 hours. Two devices are connected, the volume is 35-40%. - Sometimes the plastic clicks and creaks when you turn your head (and this often happens when working with multiple monitors)
