Edit: I was contacted by Vanmass (I never contacted them) and they sent me 2 different types of car mounts (free, I didn't pay for shipping or anything , and I didn't have to send the original back) to solve my problem of not holding my LG Stylo 4 with the otter on it. One of the replacements was about the same as this one, but the other works great. Your personal service is AMAZING. I definitely recommend it.
