I wouldn't have a problem with this if it wasn't for Blackburn customer service. Their website lists a one year warranty. I broke one of these while pulling out a bottle on my road bike (see picture). I have contacted them via email, phone and through the contact form on their website and after weeks of waiting I have not heard from anyone. For now I'm hoping Revain will fix things as they aren't very expensive but I won't be buying another one.
