I have a pet waffle maker from the same company and it is easier to fill because it has a larger forming surface than a pet waffle maker. Book and recipes included. It also works well with boxed cake mix. They're not as easy to dip as Animal Friends waffles, but are easier to clean because they're larger. I'd say if your kids are into dinosaurs then get them (or if your adult kids/ significant others are into dinosaurs too, lol). Everyone liked it, they cook quickly and tasty. My only complaint is that they didn't just make one waffle maker with removable molds to make it easier to clean and I didn't have to have multiple waffle makers for different shapes. take out first and last or leave there longer.
