The ability to aggregate across many channels (including ecommerce) into one report makes this product very user friendly! It's not as robust in some areas like A/B testing but I think that should be expected from an early stage tool such has Metrika vs something more mature / established products available at greater cost points than metkaa which runs around half price (£7 per month). We have found great value by having aggregated clickstream information about our website visitors via Google Analytics versus tracking individual users ourselves internally through multiple databases including Salesforce Chatter etc.. The tool offers all the required features for tracking user interaction across multiple devices. It also helps in finding which content users have liked most. The tool requires some time to learn but once you know how to use it effectively, it becomes very helpful. I haven't found anything to dislike about this tool. This software has helped us gain valuable insights into our website's performance.
