They work great and dispense ice cream very well. Partly because of the non-stick coating, partly because the scoops are a bit narrower, which means the ice cream doesn't "stick" as much and still picks up the perfect scoop of good product! One of my scoops was damaged, but once I provided a photo of the damage (a scratch or manufacturing defect on the inside of the non-stick scoop), I received a refund for that portion of my order. Timely customer service and great product except for one fault. I would buy again anytime as I believe the damage was an isolated case.
