My 2009 iPod Nano is dead for good and I like using an easy running device so I dug out my 2012 iPod Touch and started looking for a strap. This works fine. The plastic covering the touchscreen isn't fully stretched, so the controls can be a bit awkward to use at times, but if you've got a playlist and don't need to fiddle around with the iPod a lot during a workout, that's great. Personally, I wish there was a little Velcro that could hold the headphone cord on the opposite side of the window, but that's negligible. Also, the strap is smaller than the height of the device, so tightening the strap without pinching your skin can be a bit uncomfortable. I would like to make the strap slightly wider to support the iPod's weight. All in all, if you want to keep your old tech and/or don't want to spend money on fancy new gadgets, this headband can extend the life of your iPod.
