This works perfectly when set up correctly. The only problem I had was that the software worked correctly depending on what app I had open. Otherwise, the preset buttons you installed will not work for Adobe Premiere, for example. This is because it doesn't switch automatically (at least on Windows 10) unless you set the software icon to the Windows taskbar in the lower-right corner of the screen.
