Sufficient for my crafting purposes but I was hoping it would break a little softer if I just cut it on both sides. But that's how it works. It is very durable, thick enough and ideal for simple crafts. I had to cut it because I couldn't find the size needed, which might work better if I had more time and better tools. Obviously I used a small Fiskars blade to stab it and then my hands made it break very unevenly. By the way, my finger is not broken, I have extremely hypermobile fingers and need splints with silver rings. People tend to get angry or even flinch when they see
