Sturdy and Versatile Chipboard for Arts and Crafts

Grafix's medium chipboard is a must-have for any arts and crafts enthusiast. It is durable enough to withstand a variety of mediums, whether it's paint or ink, and cuts easily with a craft knife. The natural color also adds a rustic touch and allows for endless possibilities for customization. The only downside is that the pack of 25 may not be enough for larger projects.

Sheer, Thin & Sliced ​​ "Short Grain "

I am disappointed with this chipboard. For my purposes I needed the exact measurement of 8.5" x 11"; this chipboard measures however, about 1/16" less than 11". For many this wasn't a problem, but for me it meant cutting hundreds of sheets of paper to make a neat book. Another problem is that the "short fiber" board is is cut, meaning the board fibers run across the board instead of up and down. Again, this may not matter to you or may be an advantage, say if you have a book that is 11" wide…

Good for shipping, not good for my craft.

Bought a long time ago to try out a die cutting machine. Actually, I was referred to this from another site and I'm sorry I didn't do a little more research. Now that I have the new caliper I can say with certainty that it is about 1.43mm thick which is way too thick for most die cutting machines. Even using heavy duty shears for this particular chipboard is quite difficult. If you're looking for silhouette machine chipboard, I highly recommend buying their brand.
