Cute bag, terrible zipper

Ordered this bag for my daughter for Christmas a few months ago. She opened it for Christmas and loved the color and the picture of the ballerina. The material feels comfortable and durable, but on the first day of dance class she wanted to close her bag and the zipper came undone. We only used the zipper 3 times. I'm really sad that we didn't even spend a whole day dancing with him without the possibility of an exchange.
