Review on Fecedy 100Pcs Black Round Balloons by Peter Whitney

They were bought for our parents' 80th birthday. I bought the black and gold, but when I opened the box to fill it with helium, all the blacks were covered in a talc-like substance. Nothing like the shiny balls in the photo, more of a matte black. No more time to buy so we did it. My brother stuffed about 25 of each color while we tied the ribbons and tied them to the chairs. After we were done he started complaining of severe eye irritation and within 10 minutes the other eye started to get irritated. His eyes were so red and tears were falling, he finally had to go to the emergency room and he missed part of our parents' wonderful vacation! He's not allergic to talc or latex, so the doctor contacted the poison control center to report it. We could not give any of the balloons to children. Imagine what could be! The only plus is that the three of us who also worked with balloons washed our hands.
