It has helped track our activity much more efficiently than we could do alone! Very user friendly interface even to non-technical users alike - it takes mere minutes using their training material/examples if needed (ease up!). I wish they did not have an initial capital outlay required in buying this product but perhaps there are cheaper alternatives? We didn't realise how powerful these features actually were until after setting them-up initially so it's good knowing what potential options exist right from getting started with cronuas help guide where best next step would be taking things forward. The software also supports Google Sheets as well which again helps us see exactly when certain employees or departments get busy etc., all through reporting period timeframes such reports can usefully include data showing who was involved at particular times e.g.; project managers only got engaged late into the day; team member X took over task Y The ability to customize the reports according to our needs. It has a very friendly interface. I really liked the possibility to create my own reports. The system will be improved with new features but it's working well as it is now. The support team is very helpful and always ready to help us. If you want to know the real performance of your employees, this is the right solution. We are using Cronus to monitor our payroll and our time management. We have also started to use it for our annual budgets.
