The ideal mount is best found in Bike Bells
I have a Honda Shadow Saber 1100. This mount had a guard bell inherited from my wife on it. I pasted it in the bottom right. I simply unscrewed and placed the screw holding the horn in place and then re-tightened the screw. It has great ground clearance and a nice clean look. It's out of the way and you can see the hanging bell if you look at it.
