Very good idea, very poor execution

I have several complaints about this product and I want to bring them to you and let you make your own conclusions as to whether this product is right for you this one product, there we didn't want to shock the dog as we are not keen on this level of training and it could go longer without thorns. Even though it took us very little time to figure it out, it doesn't help with either education or preventative measures. The first problem we ran into was that all the instructions given assume you still have the shock version of the collar; They don't bother to create different guides or manuals for another product. To me, this is a red flag that shows they don't care about their product or support. On a positive note, the device charges quickly despite being very well charged. The app is the worst rubbish and the store barely had 2 stars at the time of writing this review. If you have different settings such as For example, if you want to adjust the vibration strength, this will send it to your dog immediately! Are they getting a negative experience for me by tweaking the setting? That's ridiculous! This applies to both the vibration and audio settings and has been tested on multiple devices. Also in the app, none of the audio names match what is actually being done. Set the configuration to the word "Stop" and it will scream "Shut up". Set it to 'Quiet' and it will scream 'No', set it to 'Auto Alarm', you'll get 'Stop'. Try changing the volume, he will yell at the dog again and half the time you want to say will disappear. So it's almost a complete guess as to what she's going to say to the dog, and the whole time you're trying to figure it out, it's just a yelling from the poor animal doing nothing wrong. Yes, you can take it off, adjust it, and then put it back on, but that defeats the purpose of adjusting learning on the fly. tuned to that command) while she just lay on her pillow and tried to nap with no noise from her or anywhere else in the room. The device would not maintain a Bluetooth connection, even standing directly in front of the dog would keep dropping. It doesn't allow multiple devices to be connected to it at the same time (another disadvantage when multiple people in the house are handling the dog), so at first we assumed that another device was trying to connect the current device and the connection was closed disconnect but it was easy to check and confirm it was just bad bluetooth. The biggest and final straw, possibly due to poor Bluetooth, was the fact that pressing the "send" button was incredibly delayed so that by the time it vibrated and told the dog "stop" several seconds had already passed, an eternity in the Training dogs, leaving the dog confused and not understanding what was bad. With a massive overhaul of the app and some documentation updates to show they care, this could be a great product, but we're bringing it back as is and looking for something different.
