Hair like straw after the first application!
I never write reviews, especially negative ones, but this product demands! I put the shampoo on my hair and it was so diluted I had to apply more and more just to lather up my hair, the conditioner was the same so watery it took a ton to cover my hair. Then my hair was tangled and felt like straw, especially after it dried. I had to follow up with my other "authentic" Joico product to get my hair back to normal! This is unlike any Joico product I've ever used. It's terrible!
