So disappointed. After years of hearing good things about Dyson quality and service, I finally broke down and bought a very expensive vacuum. When I got the vacuum cleaner it just wasn't working at maximum, it was pounding on every one of my carpets. I've been working with support for a few months now while registering this unit for warranty. After troubleshooting with several different people, they finally sent my vacuum to the support center for repair. I was excited to get it back in a week and try again. When I first used it, I had the exact same problem. Customer service then told me to clean my filter (which is crazy, but I complied). Still - the same problem. Called the service center again and said they would be sending it back for repair. If the repair doesn't work this time, they replace my Dyson with an older used model. Basically I would lose money I spent on a new product and end up with a worn out, cheaper version of the same vacuum cleaner. It annoys me that they mistake customer service for a vacuum cleaner I bought six months ago. I will never buy a Dyson again.
