Review on 🌬️ Honeywell Advanced QuietSet 16” Whole Room Stand Fan - Black, Ultra Quiet Pedestal Fan with Remote Control, Oscillation, and 5 Power Settings: A Comprehensive Review by Ruth Reyes

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Quiet fan but only lasted a year. Nobody does anything permanent these days.

BUY CAREFULLY! (If I had the opportunity, I would never buy a Honeywell product again.) I have used this fan in my home office to get extra airflow without distracting me from the typical fan noise during operation. It was great until it stopped spinning the other day. Yes I checked the power supply and even plugged it into a different outlet but now it's a piece of junk going in the trash next time. There are other flaws that I chose to ignore until he died. For example, the remote control in the shape of a hockey puck is a bit odd, making it difficult to keep track of. I ended up attaching it to the table with double sided tape to avoid having to search for it. Also, the vertical adjustment locking mechanism doesn't lock it very securely. I placed it by my office door to circulate cooler air from the rest of the house and the kids and dog would bump into it and it would fall to its shortest height. Another piece of tape keeps the shaft lock from rotating and falling back. So I'm in Texas late summer and I need to find a new fan because brands like Honeywell don't serve any better than knockoffs. or unknown brands.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Too long to wait
