It was a month a day. So far, so good!
Our water is very good to start with, 40 TDS. However, we could occasionally smell traces of chlorine, so we bought this product without knowing what other pollutants might be in the water (lead, mercury, etc.). The water tastes good now! We use filtered water for cooking, not just drinking water. As two of us use this product I have had to refill the top tank 3-4 times a day to keep up with our usage. The only downside I see is that if you have a family of four or more, the tank may not be large enough to meet your needs.
